Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement efficient work and outage management processes across each cluster business, driving continuous improvement and cost-driven value creation.
  • •Monitor and report cluster KPIs monthly/quarterly/yearly, highlight variances, and prepare action plans with sites to close gaps and improve plant performance and customer satisfaction.
  • •Ensure effective maintenance planning and scheduling, including critical assets PM alignment, SPOF mitigation planning, planned maintenance optimization, and maintenance program execution with quality records.
  • •Implement corporate outage management procedure across the cluster, coordinate outage scheduling with NMES, plan outage-related jobs with engineering, and capture post-outage lesson learned with closure action plan KPIs.
  • •Support new build/project mobilization with lifecycle maintenance planning, prepare CMMS master data, manage maintenance spares inventory coding, and oversee maintenance budget preparation and cost-variance mitigation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent Engineering).
  • •7–10 years of experience, including some experience in Power/Utilities industry.
  • •Experience in performance management and monitoring with strong planning and organizing skills.
  • •Strong O&M experience and thorough understanding of the business value chain.
  • •Good understanding of project management techniques and experience of working with Power Purchase Agreements.
