Job Summary

As a Product Sales Specialist for Growth & Collaboration products, you will support ICX sales reps, drive revenue, and act as a trusted advisor for Document Cloud and Creative Cloud. You’ll maintain pipeline, articulate ROI, deliver product demos, train and enable frontline sellers, and collaborate across accounts to close deals in the Indian region.

Key Responsibilities

•Close Sales Deals: Assist ICX Sales Reps in closing Document Cloud and Creative Cloud deals for target accounts within your assigned region and leads generated from the SMB team.
•Achieve Quarterly Quotas: Own and overachieve assigned product quotas in line with Adobe’s linearity targets.
•Pipeline Management & Forecasting: Keep CRM updated with daily/weekly pipeline activities, provide accurate forecasts, and participate in forecast review meetings.
•Sales Enablement: Support and enable Front line sales reps by enhancing their product knowledge and selling skills to improve performance.
•Articulate Value Propositions: Communicate Adobe’s value proposition and competitive positioning effectively during customer conversations.

Key Requirements

•Must have proven sales experience in sales, presales, solution selling, account management, or business development.
•Experience delivering product demos and tailoring solutions to customer needs.
•Ability to coach and enable sales teams on product positioning and demo strategies (sales enablement).
•Strong objection handling and ability to navigate customer challenges to drive product adoption.
•Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal, written, and presentation abilities.
