•Structural analysis and review of concrete dams, spillways and appurtenant structures.
•Conceptual to detailed design of dams and structural components of dams.
•Inspection, investigation and condition assessment of existing dams.
•Construction support services including inspection of works, evaluation of quality control and quality assurance data and construction reporting.
•Preparation of tenders and proposals & providing mentoring.

Key Requirements

•A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or a related discipline (essential).
•Demonstrated capability in structural design, including the preparation of design reports, design drawings and specifications, ideally within the dam industry.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop and nurture relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
•Positive attitude with a mindset to innovate, collaborate and grow on challenging projects.
•Experience in structural analysis, inspection, and construction support for dam projects or similar large-scale civil works.
