Key Responsibilities

  • •Design end-to-end programs and learning journeys, including learning objectives, content sequencing, practice, assessment, and reinforcement.
  • •Break down complex product updates and processes into engaging training content such as slides, facilitator guides, eLearning, job aids, simulations, videos, and walkthroughs.
  • •Create scenario-based learning that helps agents apply knowledge in real customer situations.
  • •Partner with Product to stay ahead of releases and convert feature changes into digestible training content.
  • •Use learner feedback, assessment results, QA insights, and operational data to continuously improve learning content and reduce gaps and rework.

Key Requirements

  • •Excellent written English and Arabic with strong editing, formatting, and content structuring skills.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in instructional design and eLearning creation.
  • •Hands-on experience with learning and design tools such as Figma, Canva, Articulate Rise/Storyline, Google Slides, and LMS platforms.
  • •Ability to work independently and turn raw or incomplete inputs into clear briefs and deliver finished learning solutions.
  • •Hands-on experience using AI models and digital tools to automate and scale L&D work (quizzes, assessments, and content creation workflows).
