Key Responsibilities

  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and diagnose issues using real-time machine data.
  • •Practice safe job practices while repairing equipment and determining root causes and corrective actions.
  • •Perform maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems for rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Maintain accurate paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed and support pick-up and delivery of equipment and parts.
  • •Assist in training lower-level technicians as needed and travel to customer job sites when required, maintaining a clean and professional service vehicle.

Key Requirements

  • •Own tools applicable to the position and demonstrate advanced mechanical aptitude and knowledge of tools.
  • •Have extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Provide superior customer service and strong teamwork with verbal/written communication skills.
  • •Hold a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and be at least 21 years old to operate a company vehicle.
