Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive end-to-end visibility and governance of technology expenditure across software, cloud, infrastructure, telecom, managed services, and professional services portfolios.
  • •Develop technology spend forecasts, financial models, dashboards, and executive reporting to support decision-making and budget management.
  • •Build business cases and commercial evaluations for technology investments using TCO, ROI, NPV, IRR, and payback analysis.
  • •Lead commercial negotiations, contract renewals, and supplier management activities to optimize commercial value and service performance.
  • •Establish supplier governance frameworks, conduct performance reviews, and identify and execute technology cost optimization initiatives; maintain and track a technology savings portfolio.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •5+ years of experience in Technology Finance, IT Commercial Management, Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, or Technology Cost Management.
  • •Proven track record managing significant technology spend portfolios and delivering measurable cost optimization and value realization.
  • •Experience in enterprise environments, including technology procurement, software licensing, cloud and infrastructure cost management, supplier negotiations, and executive reporting.
  • •Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (financial modelling, forecasting, scenario analysis, Power Query, Pivot Tables); Power BI experience desirable.
