•Start your career as a consultant through a structured 24-month entry-level program.

•Work with a female mentor to support your personal and professional development.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 40,000 - 45,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Master’s degree with excellent academic performance.
•International experiences.
•At least 1 year of experience in consulting.
•Fluent in Italian and English.
•Submit your application documents in English by June 19th, 2026 (cover letter and CV with required diplomas and work references).
