Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute financial center-specific sales and strategies in collaboration with area management.
  • •Lead, coach, and motivate financial center staff to achieve sales goals and customer service standards.
  • •Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring transaction accuracy, administrative efficiency, and compliance with policies, security, and internal audits.
  • •Manage an active consumer and commercial loan portfolio by identifying/approving loans within limits and supporting loan closing administration.
  • •Manage staff needs and expense management for designated teams, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in banking retail or lending responsibilities, with 3+ years of leadership experience preferred.
  • •Proven experience developing customer relationships, referral sources, and new account relationships.
  • •Experience creating and maintaining a strong risk and control environment with commitment to operational integrity and policies.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships with customers.
