Join Thales Bengaluru as an Electronics Component Engineer in the Industrial Process Engineering team. Key Responsibilities

•Manage component quality database, ensuring accurate records and traceability; collect and update component removal and purchasing data from EMS partners
•Coordinate with local EMS partners to monitor component removals/issues and track feedback for timely action
•Perform failure mode analysis (FMA) with EMS and cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement CAPA
•Oversee component codification after internal approvals and ensure correct electrical/mechanical classifications
•Conduct BOM analyses to identify suitable alternate components and support cost optimization and supply chain risk mitigation

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering
•6–8 years of experience in Electronics (PCB-A) component engineering or quality
•Strong understanding of electronic components, BOM structures, and EMS operations
•Experience in failure analysis and component lifecycle management
•English language proficiency (French basic knowledge is a plus)
