Job Summary

Support the installation, configuration, customization, and integration of the Rockwell PharmaSuite MES platform for pharmaceutical manufacturing. You’ll deploy across development/test/production, manage MES master data and workflows, implement Java-based customizations, and integrate MES with systems like ERP (SAP), automation/Level 2, weighing scales, and LIMS. Own testing, deployment support (SIT/UAT/go-live), troubleshooting, and compliant change control while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, automation, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Install and deploy Rockwell PharmaSuite MES across development, test, and production environments, including environment configuration and deployment planning.
•Configure PharmaSuite for business and manufacturing requirements, including master data (materials, equipment, workflows/recipes, users/roles) and manufacturing workflows, electronic instructions, exception handling, and data collection.
•Perform Java-based customization and support ongoing enhancements, changes, and system improvements.
•Design, implement, and support integrations between PharmaSuite MES and systems including ERP (e.g., SAP), Level 2/automation systems, weighing scales, and LIMS; troubleshoot interface and connectivity issues.
•Execute testing and deployment support (unit testing, SIT/UAT, go-live/hypercare/production support), perform root-cause analysis, implement corrective actions, and ensure compliant system changes.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of hands-on experience with Rockwell PharmaSuite MES.
•5+ years of experience in MES installation, setup, and configuration across environments.
•3 to 5 years of experience with Java-based customization/development within MES or similar systems.
•Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and MES processes (dispensing, batch execution, material management, equipment integration, process monitoring).
•Experience integrating MES with ERP (SAP or equivalent), automation/Level 2 systems, weighing systems, and LIMS, plus strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
