Key Responsibilities

  • •Support, repair, upgrade, and sustain production equipment during normal day shift operations.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and changeover activities to maintain equipment stability and readiness.
  • •Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to drive equipment reliability and quality improvements.
  • •Analyze machine failure mechanisms and recurrence trends using structured problem-solving methodologies.
