Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and deliver technical training to improve service ratings and SOP compliance using technical modules, checklists, practical assessments, and certification criteria.
  • •Conduct competency assessments before service delivery, identify technical/SOP gaps through field quality checks, and deliver targeted retraining.
  • •Support SOP rollout and adoption for new/updated procedures, test service improvements (techniques, tools, equipment), and ensure adoption in the field.
  • •Build and maintain a quality feedback loop using service ratings, customer complaints, and inspection findings to continuously refine training content.
  • •Partner with Operations and Quality to maintain standards and collaborate with category teams on new service launches and SOP updates, while contributing to scaling hard services training where needed.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of hands-on experience in technical training, cleaning operations, housekeeping, facilities management, or a related service industry, coaching frontline professionals to competency.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of deep cleaning and/or furniture/upholstery cleaning techniques, equipment, tools, and chemicals; able to demonstrate procedures and explain the “why.”
  • •Fluency in English and the ability to independently deliver training and document standards.
  • •Data-literate approach using service ratings, complaints, assessments, and quality findings to identify what to train and measure training effectiveness.
  • •Driven by ownership and service standards, with a systems mindset to trace quality issues back to training or SOP breakdowns.
