  • •Manage a team responsible for SL, WCT, NPD, capacity, and growth.
  • •Serve as the voice of the business unit in S&OP, Capacity Planning, NPP, and team meetings.
  • •Review % to target, workbench capacity, safety stock, and plant schedules to achieve service level goals balanced with working capital turns.
  • •Deploy statistical safety stock strategy, manage short supply challenges, coordinate critical component planning, and oversee global component allocations and product launch timing.

Key Requirements

  • •BS/BE degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
  • •6+ years of supply chain management experience across planning, forecasting, purchasing, production, and inventory.
  • •At least 3 years of management experience.
  • •Strong cross-functional supply chain process knowledge.
  • •Advanced computer systems skills (JDA, SAP, Excel, Access, and Business Warehouse) plus exceptional analytical/problem-solving ability.
