Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct investigations and inspections of proposed and existing site conditions, roadways, intersections, signage, signals, pavement markings, and transportation corridors to determine conformance with applicable rules, standards, and permits.
  • •Develop and design concepts for strategic intersection and corridor improvements and coordinate with authorities, sub-consultants, and clients.
  • •Design communications networks and traffic signal improvements to enable remote, real time corridor operations.
  • •Prepare data visualizations and technical reports for interpretation and presentation of findings and recommendations.
  • •Provide guidance and training to entry-level engineers and collaborate with a cross-functional team on multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering;
  • •5 to 7 years of relevant post‑education experience in engineering and prior traffic design experience;
  • •Engineer in Training Certification;
  • •Proficient knowledge of traffic engineering principles, practices, process, and design/build related to traffic control equipment, capacity and operational analysis;
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Microstation, or similar software;
