Job Summary

Own Palantir’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) programs by designing and improving compliance processes across commercial, international, and US government environments. Translate regulatory requirements into workflows, coordinate audit cycles (including FedRAMP, SOC 2, and ISO 27001), and maintain end-to-end visibility into timelines, controls, and continuous monitoring. Partner with engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to deliver compliance-related product features and certifications.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, document, and continuously improve compliance processes and frameworks to scale GRC operations across commercial, international, and US government environments.
•Translate regulatory requirements into actionable workflows and ensure accountability across the compliance lifecycle.
•Coordinate internal and external audit cycles (FedRAMP, SOC 2, ISO 27001), including evidence collection, remediation tracking, and stakeholder communication.
•Maintain broad and complete state of projects, including audit timelines, control implementation status, and continuous monitoring obligations.
•Collaborate across engineering, legal, and customer-facing teams to drive GRC deliverables and support compliance-related product features and certifications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 160,000 annually
