Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate entry-into-service activities with program teams and multiple customer service aftermarket disciplines to support engines delivered to the field.
  • •Collaborate with engineering, marketing, operations, and business development to define, monitor, track, and influence new engine program requirements and deliverables.
  • •Use CORE methods to optimize processes and implement best practices in future engine EIS programs.
  • •Leverage digital technologies (including AI) and run simulations to measure support/process effectiveness and identify system gaps before deployment.
  • •Prepare business cases and manage budgets; produce reports and presentations for senior leadership and maintain effective communications with global stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Education in aeronautics, aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering.
  • •Strong project management skills.
  • •Good commercial and technical judgment, with strong technical knowledge of aircraft engines.
  • •Background in engine maintenance, repair, or overhaul is an asset; strong customer-empathy and communication skills are required.
