Key Responsibilities

  • •Support development, review, communication, and maintenance of corporate HSE policies, standards, procedures, and governance documents.
  • •Maintain HSE assurance tools (audit protocols, inspection checklists, risk registers, action trackers, training matrices, and performance dashboards).
  • •Review and analyze HSE data, trends, audit outcomes, incidents, observations, training completion, contractor performance, and corrective action status.
  • •Support alignment with KSA regulatory requirements and international standards (including ISO 45001 and ISO 14001).
  • •Coordinate HSE programs and improvements, including work permit and contractor governance, audits/inspections, incident/near-miss investigations, Management of Change reviews, and HSE awareness/training materials.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in occupational health and safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Industrial Safety, or a related discipline from an accredited university.
  • •7 years of HSE experience, preferably in corporate, logistics/warehouse, industrial, facilities, construction, project, or operational environments.
  • •Knowledge of HSE management systems, regulatory compliance, risk management, incident reporting, audits, contractor HSE, environmental controls, chemical safety, and HSE performance reporting.
  • •A recognized HSE certification such as IOSH, OSHA, or NEBOSH IGC (or equivalent) is required.
  • •Proficiency in oral and written English, with demonstrated ability to apply risk management, audits, investigations, and documentation control.
