Job Summary

Provide on-site service support for customers’ collaboration technology by restoring functionality to AV assets in partnership with the Global Helpdesk. You’ll read schematics/blueprints, perform preventative maintenance, install and program AV control systems (AMX/Crestron), support networked devices, troubleshoot video codecs, and complete hands-on cabling and mounting tasks. The role includes client and junior technician training and travel to required job sites.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with the Global Helpdesk to provide service support for customers at customer sites.
•Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
•Perform preventative maintenance and clean AV equipment (e.g., camera lenses, monitors, equipment fans).
•Install and troubleshoot control programs (AMX/Crestron/Firmware) and support networked devices (routers, IP protocols).
•Perform service tasks such as pulling cable, installing connectors, mounting/hanging equipment, travel to job sites, and provide training as needed.
