Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end billing operations, including finalizing end-user agreements, generating final bills, reconciling payments, and closing invoices in SAP ERP.
  • •Manage collections and credit risk by monitoring aging reports, negotiating payment arrangements, and escalating unresolved delinquent cases.
  • •Ensure compliance by maintaining internal controls, supporting internal/external audits, and safeguarding receivables against regulatory requirements.
  • •Prepare and present AR KPIs and provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support decision-making.
  • •Drive process improvements and technology optimization by identifying inefficiencies, implementing automation, and optimizing billing and collections workflows.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of AR, billing, credit, or collections experience, including 3–5 years in a managerial role.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).
  • •Knowledge of GAAP, receivables internal controls, and utilities-relevant regulatory requirements.
  • •ERP proficiency with SAP and Oracle, plus experience with CRM systems.
  • •Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers and internal stakeholders.
