Own the end-to-end Dutch (nl-NL) user experience, ensuring Dutch localization quality, local UX, content performance, and product readiness. Lead Dutch language quality reviews and UX testing, and apply AI-assisted localization workflows by designing LLM prompts, evaluating AI output, and iterating on review pipelines. Partner cross-functionally to drive measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and engagement for the Netherlands market.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead language quality initiatives for Dutch (nl-NL) through localization reviews, UX testing, and identification of linguistic, functional, and cultural discrepancies.
•Apply and refine LLM prompts and AI workflows to improve language quality, terminology consistency, and efficiency across Dutch content, including documenting learnings and evaluating AI output quality.
•Connect localization output to content performance and SEO signals in the Netherlands market, using feedback and market data to drive measurable improvements in acquisition, conversion, and engagement.
•Partner with Product, Design, Content System, Engineering, Marketing, and SEO to ensure Dutch users receive fully localized experiences, including cultural appropriateness and register choices.
•Lead Dutch localization projects end-to-end, coordinate with stakeholders and external vendors, and maintain Dutch translation assets (style guide, glossary, translation memory).

Key Requirements

•Native fluency in Dutch (nl-NL) and business proficiency in English.
•BA or equivalent in translation, linguistics, content marketing, communications, or a related field.
•Demonstrated experience in Dutch translation, localization, or LQA, including leading projects from inception to completion.
•Experience conducting localization reviews, testing, and managing language quality initiatives for the Dutch market.
•Hands-on experience using AI/LLM tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, MT engines) in localization workflows, including prompt design and AI output QA.
