Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive standardized LP lifecycle processes for onboarding, renewals, updates, and offboarding, improving simplification, automation, and data quality.
  • •Own global LP contract reporting by reviewing and tracking coverage, exceptions, expiries, and remediation.
  • •Partner with Legal, Local Operations, and project teams to translate operational requirements into scalable processes, documentation, and contract updates.
  • •Develop and run a risk-based compliance framework to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate operational and regulatory risks.
  • •Maintain clear governance across Central Operations, Local Operations, Legal, and logistics providers, including workflows, service-level expectations, issue follow-up, and escalation.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in B2B operations, compliance, vendor management, contract administration, procurement, or a related field.
  • •Experience managing documentation, contracts, audits, or compliance programs involving external vendors.
  • •Strong proficiency with spreadsheets, documentation management, and workflow tracking tools.
  • •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Clear written and verbal communication skills to work cross-functionally and tailor information for Legal, Operations, Product, Government Relations, and external vendors.
