Job Function: Administration & Executive Assistance

Key Responsibilities

  • •Work directly with the ES Culinary Team and the Executive Chef to learn about basic gardening, proper culinary technique, and a variety of culinary projects.
  • •Help and prepare Monday - Friday breakfasts and lunches.
  • •Work with ES Culinary Team to put out weekly parties for meetings and special events that are hosted.
  • •Assist in inventory control, learning ordering and uses.
  • •Help plan weekly menus.

Key Requirements

  • •Desire to pursue culinary arts or strong interest in the culinary field
  • •Basic knife skills and basic knowledge of kitchen equipment or willingness to learn
  • •Gardening skills are a plus - willingness to learn garden to plate
  • •Ability to multitask and take on new challenges with a positive attitude
  • •Able to lift at least 50 pounds and stand for long periods in varying temperatures/environments
