Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop operational and contingency plans for the Programs & Production section and monitor their implementation.
  • •Organize departmental work, distribute tasks, and propose structured administrative procedures; supervise staff.
  • •Set radio music policies and get them approved by the direct supervisor.
  • •Coordinate with Media & Marketing on advertising marketing for station activities.
  • •Develop and prepare radio programs based on the approved programming cycle and alternative program plan, including pre-preparation for event programs.
