Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle 175–225 calls per day through an auto-dialer system and engage with leads in real-time to book qualified appointments
  • •Follow structured scripts and call flows to guide conversations and ensure appointments for the sales team
  • •Ask key qualifying questions related to location, timing, and interest to ensure meetings meet criteria
  • •Accurately update and manage lead data within LeadPerfection and track outcomes in CRM
  • •Operate within a predictive dialer environment (Five9) and maintain a structured, queue-based workflow

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 800 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in appointment setting, call center, or high-volume inbound/outbound roles
  • •Experience in home services or home improvement preferred
  • •Experience with auto-dialers or predictive dialer systems preferred
  • •Strong verbal communication in English and ability to guide conversations toward booking outcomes
  • •Comfortable with high call volumes and following structured scripts
