Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer and ensure efficient daily operation of full-service branch offices within a predefined geographic market.
  • •Lead and manage retail, lending, and business development staff; hire, coach, and guide the retail support team.
  • •Coordinate and attain market, region, and company objectives, including maintaining safe and professional operations.
  • •Promote bank products and services, maintaining and developing business for the market; may originate, process, and close consumer and commercial loan products.
  • •Provide compliance oversight for the market (including BSA/AML training), participate in market decisions, conduct regular meetings, and report results to executive management and boards.

Key Requirements

  • •Equivalent to a four-year college degree plus 9 to 10 years of related experience and/or training, including 9 to 10 years of related management experience (or equivalent combination).

  • •Hire, coach, and lead a retail support team while ensuring operational functions are accurate and completed timely.
