Oversee the administration and efficient daily operation of full-service branch offices across a defined geographic market. Lead retail, lending, and business development teams, coordinate market and company objectives, and maintain operational accuracy and safety. Drive growth through promotion of bank products, may originate and close consumer and commercial loans, and ensure compliance (including annual BSA/AML training). Serve as a community liaison, participate in civic organizations, and report market results to executive leadership.
