Key Responsibilities

•Source and prioritize events, research and own a rolling 12-month event calendar.
•Negotiate sponsorships, booth space, speaking slots, and add-ons with organizers and vendors to maximize ROI.
•Plan and execute end-to-end event logistics including booth design, swag, collateral, lead capture, AV, catering, travel, and on-site setup/teardown.
•Be the on-site point of contact at events, ensuring a sharp presence and smooth operations from start to finish.
•Drive pipeline by partnering with sales to book pre-show meetings, manage post-event follow-ups, and run pre/post-event campaigns.

Travel: High travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 80,000 annually
