Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the Owner’s architectural SME and technical advisor through all phases of the project lifecycle.
  • •Partner with internal and external stakeholders to administer design documents and enforce Owner standards.
  • •Provide technical guidance and rigorous reviews of architectural work packages (life safety/egress, ADA compliance, signage, site layout, and core data center design).
  • •Author and refine architectural design guidelines, campus planning standards, and prototypical building templates.
  • •Audit design consultant deliverables at milestones and author/review project documentation including SOW, markups, fit-checks, substitution reviews, TCO inputs, specifications, submittals, and punch-list resolutions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a closely related design field.
  • •7+ years of experience in architectural design focused on large-scale industrial, commercial, or mission-critical facilities.
  • •Strong understanding of complex building systems, including building envelopes, structural coordination, and life safety/fire-rated assemblies.
  • •Preferred: 10+ years in professional architectural consulting or design experience as an Owner’s Rep.
  • •Advanced proficiency with BIM/Revit workflows for model coordination and clash detection.
