Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and pilot the technical and technological vision aligned with the business plan and the DSI strategy.
  • •Contribute to the DSI MYB and define/supervise target SI architectures.
  • •Set and monitor technical KPIs to ensure SI performance and availability.
  • •Manage technical debt and define the SI obsolescence strategy; formalize technical policies and standards for infrastructure, networks, workstations, digital platforms, and operational security.
  • •Build and grow the technical team by coordinating stakeholders, defining recruitment and upskilling plans, and promoting a CTO tech culture/community.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of IT experience and at least 5 years in a senior technical leadership role (CTO, Deputy CTO, technical director/architect) within a large group.
  • •Strong mastery of IT architectures, infrastructure, security, networks, applications, and emerging technologies.
  • •Proven experience managing and leading teams, coordinating internal and external stakeholders to execute technical solutions.
  • •Ability to define and formalize technical policies, standards, target architectures, and operational security solutions.
  • •Fluent English and demonstrated experience working in a multicultural environment.
