Key Responsibilities

•Product development and Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and requirements gathering to delivery and post-launch analysis. Define user stories, acceptance criteria, perform backlog management and workflows for development teams.
•Technical Expertise: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable product requirements. Evaluate technical solutions and prioritize features based on technical feasibility, business impact, and customer value.
•Conduct extensive market research, including customer discovery to understand the value proposition of our product.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with developers, designers, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, validate and deliver solutions.
•Quality & Delivery: Ensure product features are delivered on time and meet quality standards; organize testing and feedback loops.

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience with at least 3 years in a technical product management role.
•Past experience in building or managing crypto wallets with DeFi features.
•Excellent communication skills for bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders.
•A genuine team player who builds trust quickly, communicates with candor, and makes the people around them more effective.
•Bias toward action. You identify what needs to change, build the case, and move without waiting to be asked.
