Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits across multiple international jurisdictions, prioritizing a superior offboarding experience for clients and employees.
  • •Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance and best practices.
  • •Lead and facilitate meetings and negotiations in separations and settlements, including workforce reduction consultations and administrative hearings.
  • •Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (e.g., payroll, legal counsel, government bodies, trade unions) to ensure compliance in offboarding activities and audits.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform, draft and administer termination and supplementary documents, and respond to internal/external inquiries on offboarding matters.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven experience managing voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with sensitivity and legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Ability to interpret industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, research, and provide practical solutions and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Basic understanding of employee relations principles, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills with the ability to lead difficult conversations confidentially.
