Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the creation and management of detailed, resource-loaded schedules for multiple construction projects.
  • •Partner with project managers, contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive project schedules with milestones, deliverables, and critical paths.
  • •Establish baseline schedules, track progress against KPIs, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur.
  • •Coordinate scheduling across design, engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Mentor and lead a scheduling team by providing guidance, establishing best practices, standardizing processes, and improving scheduling methods/tools over time.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of relevant scheduling experience in construction/project environments.
  • •2+ years managing scheduling/project controls teams in a consulting environment.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in construction management, cost management, quantity surveying, engineering, or a related field; graduate degree preferred.
  • •Expertise in project management and scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.
  • •Experience in Data Center construction preferred, with PMP/CCM (or other relevant certifications) preferred.
