SoC Design Engineering Manager

Lead and manage silicon design teams across logic, verification, circuit, and/or physical design for IP, subsystems, SoCs, and discrete chips. Drive RTL-to-GDS workflows to produce manufacturing-ready design databases, run design reviews (power/performance/area/cost), and oversee verification results, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Partner across IP and SoC teams to deliver complex projects, improve silicon development processes, and ensure team execution through goal setting and performance management.
