Salary: USD 121,500 - 206,460 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Design, Human Computer Interaction, Engineering, or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation; or a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) plus three (3) years.
  • •Create and test low- to high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes using domain knowledge.
  • •Map user journeys, end-to-end workflows, service blueprints, and system processes.
  • •Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable recommendations.
  • •Write front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular, and use tools such as Figma/FigJam, Dovetail, Respondent, UserTesting, and Mural.
