Job Summary

Own and execute AI go-to-market strategy across the DACH region, driving revenue growth for a mega account or regional portfolio. Build senior C-level relationships, identify and shape AI transformation opportunities, and translate industry challenges into compelling AI business cases. Lead executive presales and proposal positioning, grow AI pipeline performance, and embed responsible AI principles. Establish and develop AI Consulting capabilities within a matrixed leadership environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and execute the AI go-to-market strategy for an assigned mega account or regional portfolio within the DACH region.
•Build and maintain C-level and senior executive relationships.
•Identify, qualify, and shape AI transformation opportunities aligned to vertical priorities and translate them into AI business cases and value propositions.
•Partner with Client Partners, Sales, and Industry Leaders to originate and close AI engagements, including executive-level presales and proposal positioning.
•Ensure responsible AI principles (security, governance, transparency, human oversight) are embedded in opportunity framing and drive AI pipeline growth and revenue performance.

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, and/or industry roles with progressive leadership responsibility (people/program/account leadership).
•5+ years leading or co-leading AI, data, advanced analytics, or digital transformation initiatives, including 2+ years working with Generative AI solutions (LLMs, AI agents, GenAI apps).
•5+ years of professional experience within an industry vertical (Insurance, Banking, Manufacturing & Commercial, Automotive, Healthcare & Life Sciences, or Public Sector).
•2+ years supporting or leading presales (opportunity identification, solution shaping, proposal development, or executive-level deal reviews) with sales/delivery teams.
•Fluency in German and English, with experience leading cross-cultural teams across DACH and broader Europe.
