Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end headcount tracking and reporting, including hires, attrition, vacancies, and workforce movements.
  • •Maintain accurate views of actual, forecasted, and budgeted headcount to support resource allocation and planning decisions.
  • •Manage and track operating expenses across S&B and non-S&B budget lines with visibility into actuals, forecasts, and plan.
  • •Oversee vendor spend and contract commitments, including renewals and financial governance.
  • •Translate complex workforce and financial data into concise executive reporting, highlighting variances, trends, risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.

Key Requirements
