Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver cybersecurity services for North America, focusing on NFP support, M&A integration, and NYDFS-regulated entities.
  • •Provide cybersecurity reporting to leadership committees and Boards; represent cybersecurity to regulatory bodies.
  • •Own the region’s cybersecurity strategy and manage its delivery through GCS capabilities to accelerate local control adoption.
  • •Lead cybersecurity risk governance: run cybersecurity risk committees, track remediation of audit/compliance findings, and review cybersecurity metrics.
  • •Handle GCS service delivery critical issues, support project implementation, and provide first-line security advice and escalation support to client teams.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of broad cybersecurity knowledge implementing and operating an effective control regime in a large, complex corporate environment.
  • •Insurance or financial services experience is required.
  • •Strong knowledge of cybersecurity domains including application security, vulnerability management, network and cloud security, and security operations/incident management.
  • •Experience leading cybersecurity risk management and managing cybersecurity audit and compliance remediation.
  • •Security certification (CISSP, CISM) is an advantage, and demonstrable regulatory management experience is required.
