Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist HSBC with a business generation approach: recognize and escalate business and cross-sell opportunities to relationship managers and support conversion of opportunities.
  • •Ensure implementation of audit and regulatory recommendations and maintain timely client housekeeping such as RMT closures.
  • •Coordinate with internal departments (Risk, credit operations, Global Payments solutions, Global Trade Solutions) to ensure efficient servicing of corporate customers.
  • •Ensure timely compliance with regulatory/internal requirements including legal and financial crime compliance; coordinate stakeholders for account operations, opening, and KYC remediation.
  • •Prepare quality new and review business proposals end to end for approval authorities, collate MIS as required, and coordinate with clients for documentation and day-to-day operations.

Key Requirements

  • •18 months+ of relevant experience in client management or a corporate banking role.
  • •Working knowledge of commercial banking products, key market sectors, local regulatory environment, and financial analysis.
  • •Ability to work on fast turnarounds, tight deadlines, and handle competing priorities.
  • •Qualified Chartered Accountant or a Masters in Business Administration from a reputable tier 1 school.
  • •Familiarity with AI-enabled tools is an advantage.
