Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute automated tests to identify issues early, improve reliability, and support faster delivery of high-quality solutions.
  • •Strengthen continuous testing capabilities by building automation frameworks and test suites to increase coverage and reduce release risk.
  • •Partner with development teams to improve code quality and testability and help prevent defects from reaching production.
  • •Contribute to performance, load, and security testing initiatives to improve application performance, resilience, and stability.
  • •Use continuous integration (CI) tools, automation, and quality metrics to enable continuous improvement and informed decision-making across the development lifecycle.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a technical field, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Foundational knowledge of software development and quality engineering principles, with an interest in automated testing and quality solutions.
  • •Understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Test Driven Development (TDD), and Behavior Driven Development (BDD).
  • •Exposure to programming or scripting languages such as Java, Python, C#, and SQL (or similar).
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.
