Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the boutique’s daily operations, including sales, inventory management, backoffice, and reporting to ensure high service standards.
•Lead and develop the store team; conduct regular feedback and development discussions; foster a positive, collaborative environment.
•Coordinate with Head Office on communications and Visual Merchandising and implement CRM activities to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
•Analyze sales and operational KPIs and derive actionable measures to improve performance.
•Represent the brand values to customers, the team, and external partners, ensuring an outstanding luxury retail experience.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 years of experience in customer-facing roles within luxury retail or a high-end service environment.
•Proven leadership and people-management skills; able to motivate and develop a team, conduct regular feedback conversations, and foster a collaborative work culture.
•Strong organizational and analytical abilities, with the capacity to manage operations, purchasing, inventory, and back-office processes.
•Fluent German and very good English; additional language skills welcomed.
•Excellent customer service mindset with a natural passion for people and premium service.
