Lead global business intelligence and analytics support for Global Payment Solutions, delivering ad-hoc analytical projects that convert raw data into actionable insights. Key Responsibilities

•Deliver analytical support across global customer, product, and channel initiatives, informing strategy and optimizing resources.
•Contribute to and potentially lead initiatives to set global analytics best practices, standards, and reusable assets (e.g., KPI definitions, dashboards, code libraries, modeling approaches).
•Design, implement, monitor, and evaluate analytic solutions generating financial value, ensuring scalability and comparability across regions.
•Assess statistical models and tools for areas such as attrition, profitability, customer value, and price/rate sensitivity to ensure fit-for-purpose performance.
•Manage and produce analytic deliverables for global Operating Plans, performance management, and Product Pricing strategies, including executive-level insights and reporting.

Key Requirements

•Several years of progressive analytical experience and/or a Bachelor’s degree in business, data science, statistics, economics, finance, information systems, or operational research.
•Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including customer segmentation, statistical modelling, database marketing, and portfolio management.
•Technical proficiency in BigQuery, SQL, SAS, Python, or R, with ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets and understanding of data integration and management.
•Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) analytics tools such as BigQuery, Data Studio, and Cloud AI for advanced analytics and machine learning (highly desirable).
•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
