•Plan, write, and publish organic social content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook with goals spanning brand storytelling and demand generation.
•Maintain and manage the social content calendar to ensure consistent cadence and alignment with broader marketing campaigns and launches.
•Collaborate with Creative and other teams to brief and produce visual assets, video content, and copy that performs across formats.
•Track, analyze, and report key social performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, and content-driven pipeline contribution) and recommend content strategy improvements.
•Support influencer relationship management and coordinate occasional social boosting with the Paid Media team; test new approaches and adapt to platform changes.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of social media experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, with a track record of growing and engaging audiences.
•Strong writing skills to produce clear, compelling copy and adapt tone and format across channels.
•Proficiency with social media management/scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social), social listening platforms (e.g., Brandwatch, Sprinklr), and employee advocacy tools; comfort with AI-powered tools is a plus.
•Analytical mindset to pull performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable content decisions.
•Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced marketing environment with strong project management instincts and attention to detail.
