Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand factory limitations and benchmarking to identify the most efficient capital utilization.
  • •Extract data and create executive presentations using computer and Microsoft Office skills; contribute to planning systems and applications.
  • •Support capacity studies for special projects such as site selections for future fab expansions and new product deployments.
  • •Model capacity thresholds using industrial engineering concepts to support existing and future technology.
  • •Develop and compare capital expenditure and cash-flow scenarios with finance analysis (manufacturing costs, payback period, NPV, and P/L) to evaluate options and improve financial outcomes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Operations Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Process Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • •At least 2 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, or equivalent planning/modeling function experience in another industry.
  • •Practical knowledge and application of statistics, data analysis, and problem-solving.
  • •Knowledge of Manufacturing Science, including lean manufacturing and factory constraints.
  • •Experience collaborating in diverse teams and effectively communicating operational needs to different parties.
