Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively shape the technical strategy of the Identity Security Fabric in partnership with leadership and prioritize open standards like IPSIE.
  • •Govern and monitor agentic behavior by implementing the four-pillar maturity model across fullstack ecosystems.
  • •Architect systems that discover and secure agents, including handling “Shadow AI” assets.
  • •Enforce secure access and least privilege for agents using capabilities like Agent Gateways and short-lived credentials.
  • •Drive continual evolution of AI-native development practices and reduce tech debt across CI/CD, observability, documentation, reliability, and support processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep expertise defining scalable backend architectures and integrating complex APIs with modern web technologies, with a track record of defensible architectural decisions.
  • •Solid understanding of web authentication and authorization fundamentals, including best practices for securing sensitive data.
  • •Deep expertise in building reliable, secure, enterprise-grade software using Java (or another type-safe language).
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with the ability to contribute to the frontend to unblock feature development.
