Key Responsibilities

  • •Own bottom-up sales planning, including rep-level quota models, channel-level capacity plans, and segment rollups.
  • •Design and run forecasting infrastructure and operating rhythm for forecast inputs/outputs (including headcount planning and quota setting).
  • •Lead quota and capacity design by partnering with Finance to validate assumptions and with Sales leadership to ground-truth outputs.
  • •Translate company-level targets into field-level goals and roll performance back up into coherent executive read-outs.
  • •Stand up the Q4 planning process and hire/manage a Planning Analyst, growing the team as scope expands.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in FP&A, revenue operations, or sales operations with direct ownership of quota modelling, capacity planning, or sales planning.
  • •Proven ability to build planning models from scratch in a high-growth SaaS environment.
  • •Strong analytical foundation with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or BI tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau) is a plus.
