Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of engineers and oversee/supervise execution of engineering tasks for accurate, timely delivery.
  • •Manage end-to-end engineering processes and projects for internal and external clients, ensuring on-time delivery and zero deviation.
  • •Assess customer sites and evaluate requirements; complete complex integrated system designs meeting technical specifications.
  • •Prepare engineering documentation, including submittals per standards, and coordinate drawing submissions/approvals with consultants/clients and internal teams.
  • •Support sales and planning with pre-engineering activities and innovative technology use to achieve BOQ design and order wins.

Key Requirements

  • •7–12+ years of work experience in a design environment with extensive on-site knowledge.
  • •Knowledge of FAS, CCTV, access control systems, BMS, Pharma qualification, data center systems, and networking systems; experience with highly complex technical solutions.
  • •Proven track record delivering technology-based projects in a project design and engineering capacity.
  • •Previous exposure to site-based, construction environment and highly complex solution delivery.
  • •Experience with building automation system engineering, architecture, and network design; familiarity with engineering reviews and contract documents/tenders.
