  • •Manage customer escalations on risks, and schedule/deliverables on aftermarket orders and contracts.
  • •Drive in-service product performance including cost, quality, reliability, and delivery.
  • •Lead a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to deliver business objectives such as financial performance, on-time hardware delivery, inventory reduction, and overdue order targets.
  • •Set pricing parameters and negotiation boundaries for aftermarket contracts.
  • •Identify and mitigate risks across technical, commercial, and industrial domains and deliver program updates on status, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements
