Job Summary

Manage a portfolio of in-service aftermarket products and services for Power Transmission Systems based in Rome, New York, serving as the primary customer and GM interface. Key Responsibilities

•Manage customer escalations on risks, and schedule/deliverables on aftermarket orders and contracts.
•Drive in-service product performance including cost, quality, reliability, and delivery.
•Lead a cross-functional Integrated Program Team (IPT) to deliver business objectives such as financial performance, on-time hardware delivery, inventory reduction, and overdue order targets.
•Set pricing parameters and negotiation boundaries for aftermarket contracts.
•Identify and mitigate risks across technical, commercial, and industrial domains and deliver program updates on status, risks, and opportunities.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 7 years of experience.
•Experience in program management, aftermarket program management, supply chain management and/or operations management.
•Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a complex aerospace or defense environment.
•Strong customer relationship management skills with a track record of resolving contractual and operational challenges.
