Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end management of transition, transformation, and change projects to ensure timely delivery.
  • •Define project objectives, scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned to strategic business goals.
  • •Develop and execute structured change management strategies for adoption of new systems or processes.
  • •Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, including compliance and readiness assessments.
  • •Monitor progress with dashboards/reports, manage interdependencies, and run post-implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred).
  • •7–10 years of experience in project management, business transformation, or change management, ideally in shared services or consulting.
  • •Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles, transition governance, and change management frameworks.
  • •Certification in PMP, PRINCE2, or Prosci Change Management (advantage).
  • •Experience working across multiple functions (HR, IT, Finance, Procurement) and managing stakeholder networks.
