•Leads the development of strategic plans and roadmaps for Upstream business units, aligning with corporate objectives and priorities.
•Evaluates and recommends strategic investments and partnerships to drive business growth and expansion in the Upstream sector.
•Facilitates governance and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure proper execution of strategic initiatives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor degree in engineering from an accredited university; MBA from a reputable business school is required.
