Job Summary

Join Aon’s specialist Captive Management team in a hybrid role based in Dublin. You’ll support a portfolio of client captive insurance and reinsurance companies by delivering underwriting and claims services, communicating with clients using technical insurance knowledge, and ensuring accurate, on-time execution of insurance and claims activities. The role also includes running the insurance premium cycle and collaborating with third-party providers such as loss adjusters, brokers, auditors, and actuaries.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver underwriting and claims services for multiple client captive insurance and reinsurance companies.
•Communicate with clients and demonstrate technical insurance ability in delivering required services.
•Ensure insurance and claims activities are performed efficiently, effectively, accurately, and on time.
•Attend and present at captive insurance company board meetings.
•Run the insurance premium cycle and collaborate with third-party service providers including loss adjusters, brokers, auditors, and actuaries.

Key Requirements

•2 years’ experience in insurance company management, captive insurance company management, insurance broking, insurance underwriting, claims management, or corporate insurance management.
•Understand the regulatory and compliance environment governing insurance and reinsurance companies.
•Excellent organisational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
•Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and stakeholders in writing and verbally.
•Build and maintain effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and third-party providers.
