  • •Develop clinical skills and confidence to deliver exceptional hearing care within a defined scope of practice under direct and indirect supervision.
  • •Learn to carry out hearing assessments and support customers throughout their hearing care journey.
  • •Complete structured workshops, online learning, guided study, and both written and practical assessments.
  • •Maintain a Clinical Competency Logbook and track development with milestone reviews.
  • •Gain in-store experience across clinics while receiving regular coaching and feedback from experienced clinicians and trainers.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold GCSE (or equivalent) in English, Maths, and Science at grade 5 (High C) or above (evidence required).

  • •Have a full UK driving licence.
  • •Be able to work 37.5 hours per week, including some weekends.
  • •Be willing to study independently and travel between clinics as required.
